Peter Lucian, a self-proclaimed ‘house tuner’, thinks silent noises cause stress and anxiety. Like a feng shui expert, he investigates his clients’ apartments, in search of ways to improve the acoustics. His clients are satisfied, but his theory is not embraced by the academic world.
