This program focusses on something very influential for your wellbeing: heartbreak. It’s something that most of us have experienced, but why do we feel so strongly about a lost love? Anthropologist Helen Fisher tries to find out in Sleepless in New York, while three New Yorkers deal with their break-up. In an interactive side program, we will discuss the question whether you can learn to love yourself again when you feel you’re not worthy of love in the eyes of your ex. Also, we will help you deal with your lost loves in a creative way.
