Radboud UMC scientist Nicole van der Gelder will introduce the workshop and explain how our (seemingly small) roles within the system can influence the top of the pyramid of violence.

Suus te Braak is a social and cultural entrepreneur, personal trainer, and lifestyle intervention coach. Through his company HizzFit, he is committed to improving the well-being of trans and queer people through a lifestyle program, and he also provides workshops, training sessions, and consultancy to organizations that want to actively work on diversity and inclusion. Suus is a trans man of color, raised in the Achterhoek region in a Surinamese-Creole/Dutch family, and currently lives in Nijmegen. He holds a higher professional education (HBO) degree and has extensive experience as a human rights
