Ammodo Docs: Shorts on Scientists Shaping the Future

For the first time, InScience is partnering with Ammodo to present three vignettes that explore the academic world, both within and outside the Netherlands. On this special occasion, we are honoured to welcome three world premieres on stage in Nijmegen. This festive evening will be attended by both the scientists and the filmmakers, making InScience the ideal platform to host this intersection of science and film. 

This program, moderated by Luuk Heezen, includes: 

Christian Lange – Five Senses 
By studying classical texts, Christian Lange researches the various ways in which Muslims have experienced Islam throughout history, revealing a dynamic and multifaceted picture. 

Teun Bousema – Interplay  
Teun Bousema operates at the forefront of the battle against malaria by researching human-to-mosquito infections.

In a world filled with data and screens, Tamar Sharon questions how digitalisation can once again serve our interests.
