Eighty-five-year-old Anne Innis Dagg retraces her 1956 journey to South Africa, when she pursued her dream of become the world’s first giraffologist. Her new journey chronicles the sad reality that giraffes live today. With moving images from the past and present, she candidly explains her life as the first giraffologist. About her determination to pursue her dream, about how she struggled to gain respect in a field dominated by men, and about what ultimately destroyed her career.
