Scarlet Medusa

Japanese biologist Kubota tries to unravel the secret of an immortal species of squid. His obsession with the mollusk goes so far that he has even written a song for it that he sings at every opportunity. Meanwhile, we also meet a Zen Buddhist who reflects on immortality.
