Queen without Land

Queen without Land

As a result of global warming, all life – from microscopic algae to the mighty walrus – is thrust into survival mode. Queen without Land is a gripping nature film about an encounter between Frost, a polar bear mother, and Norwegian filmmaker Asgeir Helgestad. In this stunning adventure through fantastical landscapes, in which we swing from hope to despair as we watch Frost and her cubs, Helgestad reflects on the hesitant attitude of people and their place in this world. After the film, a biologist will explain more about the stunning country of Norway.
