Geographies of Solitude

Geographies of Solitude

For decades, Zoe Lucas, naturalist and environmentalist, has been cataloging the flora and fauna on Sable Island, a small island close to Canada only 34 square kilometers big. Geographies of Solitude is a beautiful portrait of both Zoe and the island, full of impressive images of dreamscape with dunes populated by wild horses, but also by increasingly washed up plastic from all over the world.
