The
obedience studies done by Stanley Milgram are among the most infamous and
influential of all social psychology. In it, subjects were asked to take the
role of teacher, who had to send electric shocks to learners in another room when
they gave the wrong answer. The results of these experiments as well as the
method to achieve them proved to be controversial and had a huge influence on
the difficult career of Milgram. This feature film tells the story of the notorious
scientist with great style and emphasises his various social experiments.
