Who owns history? A diving club on Texel discovers a 17th century dress and other treasures in a shipwreck. They call in the local museum Kaap Skil after this unique find, because they would like to keep the stuff on the island. What follows is a clash between the Texel divers and the mainland government authorities, who react with shock at the way in which the art treasures have come to the surface.
