How does animal life take shape? This universal process is usually invisible, but this film shows in microscopic detail the wonderful beginnings of a salamander’s life. The first stages of an embryo’s growth are the same for all animal organisms, including humans. The formation of the salamander gives us a glimpse into the development of organisms at a microscopic level.
